Introducing CIMA’s Fiesta de Brunch, a Sunday brunch with breathtaking rooftop views at CIMA and a live DJ bringing the perfect soundtrack to your afternoon

Join us from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM for a fusion of Mexican flavors and Dutch favorites. Enjoy a generous brunch platter featuring Birria Chilaquiles, your choice of scrambled or fried eggs, a warm Gouda quesadilla, and a selection of four signature salsas. Finish with a traditional Dutch pancake, topped with dulce de leche and fresh berries. Your brunch experience includes two hours of free-flow drinks, including beer, wine and soft drinks, plus a welcome cocktail on arrival. All of this for €59 per person.
